Fitzgerald Collision Center is a full service, direct repair facility for several major insurance companies. We work with all makes and model vehicles and accept work from all insurance companies. Our technicians have been auto manufacturer trained and ICAR certified. PPG paint products are used at our facility. We offer free estimates. We created the FitzWay philosophy by listening to our customer’s comments over the years, both good and bad. We have taken those messages and requests and incorporated them into every aspect of our business and call it the “FitzWay”, our unique way of doing business…from our handling of customer phone calls to showroom visits to servicing vehicles to handling a customer’s questions and requests. We have also developed programs to help protect our environment including recycling and innovative energy-saving practices. The car came back in excellent condition. They even washed the whole car!! The weekly, then daily updates were so helpful in knowing our car was moving along in the process. The craftsmanship is excellent. We couldn't tell anything had been done. I was also really impressed that the guys took the time to put the waving dalmatian paw, that was on my back windshield wiper, inside the car to make sure nothing happened to it. It's those little touches that matter the most. The front desk people were so courteous. It made having an accident more bearable.

The work done looked great but what stood out was the level of communication between shop and customer Chantea communicated daily with where my truck was in the process daily. Denny was also a pleasure to work with, I truly felt cared for. Great experience and would highly recommend!!

The fact they called me 15 mins to closing in a Friday and i had a rental and then had to pay out of pocket due to leaving for vacation!! But i thought they could of waited until Monday to call and say it was finished
