Fitzgerald Collision Center is a full service, direct repair facility for several major insurance companies. We work with all makes and model vehicles and accept work from all insurance companies. Our technicians have been auto manufacturer trained and ICAR certified. PPG paint products are used at our facility. We offer free estimates. We created the FitzWay philosophy by listening to our customer’s comments over the years, both good and bad. We have taken those messages and requests and incorporated them into every aspect of our business and call it the “FitzWay”, our unique way of doing business…from our handling of customer phone calls to showroom visits to servicing vehicles to handling a customer’s questions and requests. I just received my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe after turning it over to Fitzgerald collision repair. I had the best experience from the initial appraisal which ended up being 100% correct. As well as the time required. Chantea was most helpful by keeping me advised how to repair status on a daily basis which gave me peace of mind for the 37 days required before returning it to me. I also have used Fitzgerald in the past and would use them again in the future.

All was good but there was a delay in parts and the only way I knew was by calling the shop. I would have appreciated hearing from the shop first on the delay with the parts. Everything else was stellar.

Van was in for a warranty lift gate,Clips that hold the interior trim panels on the lift gate are broken wire harness clips inside the lift gate are broken, they left dust foot prints all inside the cargo area and it appears somebody left a ketchup packet on the ground near it then someone drove over it and it shot all over the back of the car before I picked it up I’m going to fix everything myself because that’s the only way anything gets done right also had dried clear coat drips hanging off edge that I had to trim off
