Fitzgerald Collision Center is a full service, direct repair facility for several major insurance companies. We work with all makes and model vehicles and accept work from all insurance companies. Our technicians have been auto manufacturer trained and ICAR certified. PPG paint products are used at our facility. We offer free estimates. We created the FitzWay philosophy by listening to our customer’s comments over the years, both good and bad. We have taken those messages and requests and incorporated them into every aspect of our business and call it the “FitzWay”, our unique way of doing business…from our handling of customer phone calls to showroom visits to servicing vehicles to handling a customer’s questions and requests. We have also developed programs to help protect our environment including recycling and innovative energy-saving practices. The work was NOT put back to the original shape of the other side or factory shape. It took you twice as long or more to get the car done than you originally quoted . Would never go there again
