The work that was done on my vehicle ended up being excellent after having to leave the vehicle for one additional day past the date that it was suppose to be finished.

The manager deserved a 10! The other guy deserved about a 6 or 7. Although the work ended up being done properly, he seemed very flustered and frustrated that we didn't think that the work was up to par initially and ended up leaving the vehicle for an extended period. His professionalism was lacking and he was being a bit rude.

Amy, Scott and Sharon were very helpful and courteous. They made sure they keep me up to date on the progress. When I picked up my car it looked wonderful. Could not tell it had even been in an accident. They even went an extra mile to clean it up outside and in. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!
