Five Star Collision on Riverside Drive in Macon is excellent ! They sent updates regularly to let me know what was happening and then when I got the car back, it was perfect. Work appears to be satisfactory. Communication was not good. I asked 3 times about getting a quote for a small dent on the rear of the vehicle that I would pay for separately. Thought it would be a good time to get fixed while they had the car in paint. I was told they would look at it and get back to me the next day. No reply. I called to check status two times and they told me they would call me with an update on Thursday and I never heard from them. Called the next week to see if I needed to extend rental car and she said it should be done at end of week, she would update me on Thursday and never heard from anyone again.
