Customer service was eh, Alondra was good and attentive. But everything took forever. There was also a younger man in front office that just seemed clueless everytime I dealt with him. Had to call shop everyday to get updates on my vehicle, had to go back to shop days after drop off to sign papers that were needed to be signed to start tear down delaying process
