Everyone was super nice and accommodating. I was very happy with the overall service and how quick they were. Only downside is I had to pay my $500 deductible even though I was rear ended by an uninsured driver but that's an issue with my insurance and not fix auto themselves. I would give this place a 9/10 I just wish their lobby was a little bit more welcoming as it looks thrown together but all the employees are very nice. PS they also seem to have washed the inside and outside of our car and vacuumed it for us which was very nice of them not a full detail but just a general wash.

Dealing with fix auto for me was a good experience. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful from beginning to end. She continuously updated me on every step of the way and I appreciate that I didn’t deal much with the mechanics I’ve only have my car a day so far and you really can’t tell I was in an accident so far so good. It seems that everything is fixed.

Overall I'm very satisfied with the service received. The Mgr. Nick and his team did a great job on my 2006 Dodge Dakota after the accident. Nick listened to my concerns and understood that even though my truck is an older model he knew how important my truck is to me.

There are still paint blemishes. Nobody can answer why my car has an extra 21 miles on it. It took over a month. The location has this huge curb like obstruction at the entrance. The shop left my window open when parked outside all my interior was covered in dust from the sanding they do in the shop. I did appreciate the updates when I called in. They also respected my wishes to keep the windows closed after I asked.
