Fix-Auto AV did a superb job repairing our Toyota. Jose Ramos was in constant communication with us giving us updates on parts, repair timelines, etc..that I've never experienced before... I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I am extremely satisfied with Jose Ramos at Fix Auto, we experienced a few hiccups because of the current shortage in parts and also because my vehicle is a new model that was just introduced to the market, but Jose was very diligent and informative. Being involved in a car accident is never a good experience but having someone as professional as Jose handling all the logistics of the repair was a blessing. Jose at Fix Auto is a professional, providing customers with clear communication during each step of of the auto repair process. He has excellent customer service skills and the car repairs were completed in a timely manner. This business provides the quality repairs and service which State Farm customers are accustomed to. All repairs have a lifetime guarantee. I recommend that State Farm contract with Fix Auto and drop Caliber Collision from their list. Caliber Collision makes everything complicated and difficult, wasting time and money by not communicating well with the customer, taking offense if a customer asks questions about their proposed repairs. The High Desert area here is heavily populated, desert roads are hard on cars, as some roads have blacktop in need of repair, others have rocks etc. and heavy winds carrying debris which damage car paint, windows, etc. I drive in heavy traffic here daily with no accidents but while driving home on Palmdale Rd. in the middle of the desert where few people live someone ran into my car. I just needed my repairs done in a fast and efficient manner, accurately reporting the damage and repairs to my insurance. Caliber Collision was unable to do that with 3 different people working their front desk, all telling me something different and never getting my car done. This stresses out customers and is very unprofessional, remove them from your list. Thank you.
