Took my truck for a minor repair and the Repair was Amazing ! Just need to work on the final car wash or not wash at all. Half of my truck got washed while the other half got wiped down with Dirty microfiber rags that were being used the whole time to wipe off all the Dirt that wasn’t washed off during the “half car wash”. I had to personally ask the person “cleaning” it to stop to in order to prevent further swirling as they were continuously buffing in aggressive circular motions with Dirty microfiber rags right in front of my face trying to get out water marks and dirt which is a big No No. I understand it’s just a courtesy wash but now my truck looks like one big snatched CD under the sun… (including the newly painted bumper which was polished and corrected after painting I would assume). I don’t know if it was due to it being almost time for the shop to close and everyone wanted to go home but the delivery of my vehicle was poor…. It looked nothing close compared to the other vehicles I saw ready for other customers to pick up.

Fix auto has been so far the most professional and reliable auto shop I’ve experienced … I’ve had been to 4 auto shops before and always had bad experiences … Gina was on point on everything she always was calling me to give me information without me even having to call them… if she said she will call me a certain day to give me an update on my car I received a call that day … Will definitely recommend fix auto bell to a family member and friends …
