The work on the vehicle was fine. The office service was not great. I originally called several times to connect after my insurance company referred me. I never received a call back. I finally decided to show up unannounced and got service then. Otherwise I would have gone elsewhere.

Receptionist was polite and attentive, however the staff that work on the vehicles are rude, unprofessional. I took in my vehicle for repair dropped it off was told it would be done in a few days it took them weeks all to receive it with other damaged areas once pointed out one of the guys said it wasn’t part of the contact. Correct it’s not part of the contract for you to damage the vehicle so if you damaged it it’s your responsibility to fix it, it’s also not part of the contract for them to steal clients property and then try to shut them up by paying for it cash.
