Excellent service, especially by Stephanie. I would’ve rated 10 but during the complimentary car wash, they tried to run the tree sap off in three areas on the hood and scuffed the paint a bit. I appreciate the car wash but for detailing items like tree sap, it would’ve been better to leave it alone than rub it extra hard. Repairs were great and fast too.

Stephanie was great from the start. She kept very good communication with me. I loved that enterprise rental car came to pick me up and on top of that, I was able to leave my rental at Fix Auto upon completion. I really appreciated that they detailed my car after my repairs were complete. I haven’t had my car that clean in years! On top of all of that, my car was completed before the completion date. I would definitely use this company again! Thank you all for your hard work and great customer service !
