They were so easy to work with and did a great job explaining the process and handling all the insurance claim process. When the car was ready they didn’t rush us to come get it, which was very nice because of our schedule. When we picked up the vehicle they made sure we were satisfied and explained what they did. Oh, and they were super friendly. I will recommend them to all my local friends.

I first met Joslyn who greeted me with a warm, friendly smile immediately setting me at ease. She kindly explained that Fix Auto was a preferred provider for my insurance. She introduced me to Matt who gave me an estimate after kindly explaining what would need to be done to properly fix my car. Both of these individuals excelled in friendly efficiency! During the lengthy repair process, Matt did a great job at communicating regularly with me which I really appreciated. Brief encounters with Larry and Bryan were also positive & helpful.
