I walked in asking for advice how to handle the accident. Showed an estimate from the other insurance carrier. Ryan was helpful and with his advice I decided to go through my own insurance AAA. It made sense being that Fix Auto works with AAA. All employees are courteous. They communicate well, whether it was an email or a phone. The process of repairing my car went smooth and finished before the estimated day. When I picked up my car it was so CLEAN! I was so impressed and did not expect my car to be detailed. Thank you !!!
