I really appreciate the friendly demeanor of every member of the staff that I interacted with, especially being a woman and dealing with an automotive related business, that isn’t always the case. Proper expectations were set around the timeframe of my vehicle’s repair and those expectations were then surpassed and it was fixed even more quickly than I’d anticipated! It was helpful and made it stress free to receive regular text updates on the progress of the repair as well! And to top it all off I came to pick up my vehicle and it was as shiny and beautiful as the day I rolled it off the lot!!! You all are amazing! Thank you, Israel, too, for being the liaison in such a wonderful experience. I will gladly recommend this business to anyone I know that needs this type of work in the future.
