Brought it in to replace my front bumper that was hit. They replaced it but messed up my custom parts (led underglow and light bar). Both weren't working when I got the car back. The guy was dismissive about the issues but they were working perfectly fine when I brought it in. A few days later, while driving, my led underglow got ripped off, damaging other parts of my car and causing many electrical issues. It turns out they didn't secure the wires properly. I would have been better off fixing the bumper myself.
