Our Chico body shop can repair collision damage to your car’s bumper, fender, windshield, paint, and other exterior components. The repair was fantastic and everyone was nice and easy to work with. My only qualm is that I was the one to call for status updates. The office was very busy though so it’s not a huge deal. It would have just been nice to not have to call in several times to get updates. Otherwise I’m extremely satisfied and I would definitely recommend your shop to others. 😁 Thank you for a wonderful experience.

When I brought my car to Fix Auto the rental car was not there as previously arranged. Garrett provided transportation to the rental car company and made sure a car would be ready for me. Although the repair took longer than expected, I appreciated the frequent status updates. My battery died while at the shop. Leo got a new battery for my car and installed it. I feel like Garrett and Leo "went the extra mile" for me. Excellent service and my car looks great! Highly recommended. Thank you
