Door has giant gap on one side. I was told if i return rental van friday there, the hertz would be notified. The rental company is charging me for sat sunday because they were not notified friday. This is after i came to picknup my van twice to find it wasnt finished, when i was already on my way a hour away. Im very disappointed that the back right door has a giant gap and i was told the sealer will stop leaks but i was also told it would be repaired back to what it was before the accident. It is not. It will leak and it isnt air tight.

It was almost 5 months, I know parts take a while but communication was very poor. I had to be the one calling them I only heard from them twice. Once to say needed more parts and once when it was done.

You guys were great. Worked with me every step of the way and even helped me return my rental car on a day that I really didn't have time. There was even an issue with some electrical being missed and I called and you guys fixed it without hesitation and I was able to drop it off and pick it up really easy. I hope to never need you guys again but when I do you're the first call hands down.
