Leo provided great customer service from the beginning of writing the estimate to delivery of complete repair. He made sure I was pleased with the work done. Their paint work is impeccable, spot on match. I couldn’t be happier with it. Wish I knew the painters name for due credit. They even detailed my entire vehicle and Austin went above & beyond to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend FixAuto.

I am not over exaggerating, it had been a horrible experience and so expensive!!!! A rent a car for a quarter of a year at $35 a day! Please help me with this.

It's been a quarter of a year and they still have my car. It now has issues with the front right door handle, a nail in the tire and front sensor malfunctions that weren't broken when I took it in. They keep delaying and keeping my car and I do not have confidence they can fix it as they keep referring it to Chico vw to do the work. They drove the car with 10 PSI to vw (as reported by Chico vw) and now I have to worry about tire damage. Basically it sits in there garage with no work getting done on it. I cannot afford a rental car anymore it's been over 3 months and it is really hurting my life at this point. Please help me get my car back and insure that the repairs were done properly, as well as the damage they did to it while it was in their possession.

They keep lying to me. For instance they said they were going to get the car to Chico vw on Monday for work when it was on Thursday. They also say they are going to do work on it when it just sits on their lot. For instance the appointment was on Thursday and they didn't fix a slow leak in tire, but chose to drive it into vw on 10 psi. I don't have any confidence in the work they are doing or if what they say to me is the truth. They have been saying it will be ready "this week" for weeks now.
