In a world of very poor customer service and everyone just using covid as an excuse, fix auto rose above all of that! Leo was very impressive , he set the expectation up front regarding parts availability and called every step of the way if there was a delay in parts or whatever. I really appreciate the focus on just keeping me informed whenever there was a status change. I never had to guess whether or not the vehicle would be done or not. Our vehicle was clean and as nice as when we first drove it home! I hope I never need collision repair, but if I do, You have a customer for life and I’ll be sure to recommend whenever possible.

I was not pleased with the wait to get the car fixed, or how the estimated time of repair varied greatly with what actually happened, but the work is solid and looks nice.
