Terry was wonderful from the beginning. He made me feel at ease and emphatic about me just having an accident. He made sure that the car would be fixed as soon as possible and just need to sign a few documents. He also explained what I was signing and what they were for. I also got frequent reminders by text on the progress of my car and the estimated time the car would be ready. It was actually finished a few days than the actual time of completion. The work done on my car was also wonderful. It looked a lot better that before I had an accident. So I’m totally satisfied with their work and wouldn’t think twice about recommending them to my family or friends that would need the service that Fix Auto - Costa Mesa provides.

There wasn't enough effort made to ensure that the bumper cover fit properly. It seems that the brackets holding the bumper became loose, preventing it from being securely attached. A simple replacement of the brackets could have resolved the issue. Additionally, there is paint bleeding on the black rubber strip of the bumper cover. I expected them to take care of everything to ensure that the work was done professionally.
