The workmanship was not up par. I did not receive my car in the condition it was prior to having the accident. The bumper was not aligned correctly (I have pictures to show) and when I asked for them for a realignment, they made it seemed like it was an additional chore. This is not how business should be done.

The manager and the workman did not have any care into what they do. I've ask for picture and clarification that there were no further damage to the bumper (internal) which they could not show. When I asked question about the repair or my car, they either could not come up with an answer or made it seem like I was hassling them.

love you guys. excellent service, even fixed an unrelated dent plus detailed my car! couldn't be happier. one thing i noticed though is that my door that was fixed might still be a little off because it clicks when my door closes. its like the latch is off by the slightest bit and its causing it to touch before closing. its something ill keep an eye on and ill let you guys know if im ever really concerned. thanks again!
