This was my first ever car accident, so going into this experience I was nervous. They treated me like family and went above and beyond for me with communication and just being so personable. Customer service was awesome. I was rear ended and my vehicle is a 1994 convertible, so I was worried that even with the other party covering the repairs my vehicle might not be fixable. Not only did Fix Auto make sure that I knew the actual value of my car, they sourced the parts to make sure the car looked beautiful when it was completed. The repair process was remarkably smooth. The office staff was courteous and provided excellent customer service. The estimate was done in detail and nothing overlooked. Car was ready days before the pick up date. Repair was top notch and the car was cleaned and washed for pickup. Excellent shop!
