I only have one small dissatisfaction, my car was promised back to me in 5 days it took eight. You paid for 5 days rental. I had to pay for an additional three days. Otherwise everything was all good.

They said they would call me when the parts were there but didn't. I called a week later to find out what was going on and they said the parts had been there for a week and they were waiting for me to come in. Then, when I came to pick up my truck they tried to charge me a $500 deductible even though my insurance had waived it and paid the full amount. I had to show them on the computer that USAA paid the entire amount.
