I really enjoyed the customer service at Fix auto. The team was great and my experience was exceptional. They helped with my rental car and provided regular updates. Hopefully I won’t need car repairs anytime soon but if I do I will be sure to come back to Fix!!

I had a great experience with Fix Auto Daly City. Everyone there was extremely helpful and kind, helping to arrange a rental car pickup at their shop and making sure to get my car repaired as soon as possible. I highly recommend them!

My car was rear ended and the damage also disabled my blind spot warning system. I decided to go with one of the preferred shops--Fix Auto in Daly City through the other party's insurance company, which was very convenient to my house. After bringing the car to Fix Auto, Marvic explained the process and took pictures of the damages and told me that I can bring my car back in once parts arrived. Marvic and team were responsive in communicating updates to my car from the time it was dropped off to letting me know that car is almost ready to be picked up. Fix Auto also found additional damages hidden inside my rear bumper and trunk area that was not initially visible and the shop quickly ordered the replacement parts and got my car repaired the next day. Marvic even showed me pictures of the additional damages that was repaired. Overall, I am very satisfied with the repair work completed by the Fix Auto team and would definitely go back if I need any repairs in the future. My car looks new again. Thank you Fix Auto!

So easy to reach someone on the phone and so friendly. Marvic seemed genuinely happy each time she answered the phone. After I picked up my car from the desk and was about to drive off, Marvic came out from the garage dressed in a painter’s suit just to greet me.
