Your alert system needs to be coordinated more with the front office. I waa first alerted that my car would be ready on Nov 18, then it was moved to nov 20 when extra damage was discovered, then it was moved back to the 18th, then I received a call that my car was ready to be picked up on nov 15. ANYWAY, you people do terrific body work. Thanks.
