I was mostly very happy with the service. After reporting the accident to my insurance company and informing them that I would be using your services, someone from your office called to make an appointment for the estimate. I have used the service of F. Lofrano and Sons before. Whoever I spoke with didn't tell me that the shop on Fell Street was no longer open, but that's where I assumed I was going and that's where I went. Also, when I dropped off my car for repair on Tuesday, August 27th, I was told it would be ready for pick up "next Monday". At the time I didn't ask, but "next Monday" was Labor Day. When I called on Monday morning the message on your phone did not let me know that you were closed, only that the person was busy, that I should leave a message, and that she would get back to me. So, your work very good, as well as the information you send by text message, but information given by phone and in person was misleading.
