Thank you all! This was an exceptional experience in many ways, compared to my experience with Chilton, your competitor. First off, I was able to get an appointment to get an estimate within several days of the inquiry, with the estimate done on the spot. Chiton required several follow-up emails days after my appointment. Secondly, I appreciated the frequent updated both by text and phone. Thirdly, the work was beautiful and completed in a reasonable time frame - and a day early. Lastly, It was half the cost of the estimate by Chilton, who were frankly rude and told me they couldn't possibly fit in until May. Perhaps it's unfair to compare you to a competitor, because you all shine regardless. Thank you again.
