I hadn’t needed any body shop work in recent memory. Desiree was great - very efficient, professional, and put my anxiety at ease. Swin kept me well informed on the progress of repairs and helped coordinate my rental car. The finished work looks great. The front end panel fitment was better than before. The paint work clearly was better quality and handiwork than previous. Finished work kinda left me with a smile. 😊

I find this “go to an unknown shop to repair your trusty car” is sort of unnerving. The staff was very nice, and very professional. They really made it a positive experience.

You only really deal with the person accepting your car and doing the estimate. A second person tracks the repair and coordinates with you on when the car will be ready. They can/will help you with the rental car, if needed. Very helpful staff.
