The car came out great, was shocked how well the paint matched up and damage disappeared. They went above & beyond to fix the car and even ate some of the costs. Customer service was great, really appreciated Alissa’s helpfulness. Overall great experience that exceeded expectations.

I was very satisfied and expectations were exceeded. The car repair process can be tedious but this was very simple. I was very impressed with how the car came out, honestly looked better than even before the accident. The paint didn’t look weird or mismatched, they did the whole back so it matched and looked great. All the work they did was superb & they were even kind enough to eat some of the surprise costs that came after working on it. Everyone was kind & helpful, I especially appreciated the helpfulness & kindness of Alissa. She walked me through everything & even helped me get down there with an uber when I couldn’t arrange a ride. Honestly surprised how easy & smooth everything was after some rather less positive experiences at other places.

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. Everyone was very kind & helpful. Alissa was especially very helpful. She walked me through all the steps & even helped me with an uber when I couldn’t get a ride there. She made a possibly tedious experience very smooth & relieving. I really appreciated her help!

The only issue I had is when the car was returned, it was dirty. The inside was good but the outside was very dusty and the tire rims were very .dirty. I did say something and one of the employees came outside and cleaned one of them but all tires were dirty and it was hot outside, I felt bad having the young lady clean them. My car should have been clean and ready at the appointment time that I made to pick it up.
