Very happy with everyone at Fix Auto Downey! Everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful. Gabby really helped me out before I went through insurance, giving me advice and assuring me that she would help me out with any questions I had. I loved the text updates regarding my car as it moved through the processing of being fixed. They were able to repair my bumper instead of having it replaced. I can't even tell it was ever damaged! I want to thank everyone at Fix Auto Downey for making this a painless and pleasant experience especially Gabby and AJ who were both so kind and helpful!
