I was very pleased with the service I received at Jim & Jack's. Gabby kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and was courteous, professional, and responsive. The team completed the work ahead of schedule, and I was especially impressed that they took the time to fix an additional scratch while the vehicle was being painted. That extra attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Jim & Jack's to anyone needing auto body repairs and will definitely use them again in the future.
