Well first when I took my car in I had told you I broke down in the desert I had an impact with the rear driver side tire that I replaced the tire with a brand new tire but could not drive my car home because there was some problem with the driving ability of my car it was skipping when I would step on the gas and the wheels would turn it would miss a beat and I wasn’t comfortable driving it I had it towed back to Elsa I know and then I brought it to you but then I get a bill that says that you remove the spare put a brand new tire on and I owe you $700 then my husband called back and said you didn’t need to put a brand new tire on the tire was already brand new on the car and so the bill got reduced to 400 and my car still now has the same problem so it’s not fixed
