See my comment I already submitted when you texted me with the same survey. You should only do one method of delivery for these as I got one emailed and one in a text. That happened all this week when the car was in the shop.

I've been dealing with Jim and Jacks since 1970. At that time it was just the two of them at a filling station at Grand and Sepulveda. Jim dealt with the customers and Jack fixed the cars. They did good honest work inexpensively, and the world beat a path to thei door! Don

After the missed details with my Jetta I brought in at the beginning of the year, and the fiasco and lies I had to endure during repair of my Hummer--waiting on the service writer's timetable to bring it in to be fixed. Bring it this day. Being it that day. I literally left work early to drop off my car, and he stood me up at least 2X, if not 3X. Promises made that he could not keep. Lies upon lies. This guy Sam isn't a straight shooter. Just a wheeler dealer. Destroyed my faith in Jim & Jack's. And I've been going there almost 20 years when my cars have needed body work. Javier stepped in and is slowly restoring my faith and satisfaction in J & J's. J. Suarez
