I can't tell you how overwhelmed I am at the service, not to mention the incredible job that you did on my toyota van. I've never, ever had such a thorough, complete, perfect, absolutely perfect attention and finished job done on any vehicle I've ever owned, either for myself or my kids, or my grandkids in my life. So Hensen's, all I can say is you guys are the miracle workers. Thank you so much. I was so completely moved, and my van looks like it's a brand-new van! I very much appreciated the excellent job that Raul did in keeping me updated about the progress of the repair. That was very helpful. Additionally, all my interactions with the office were polite, helpful, and extremely friendly. And the quality of the repairs made are quite good. Could not be more satisfied.

This place is great! Hands down the best service and work! My suburban was in an accident which it bent the frame a tad…Joshua had taken the case and made sure it was done the right way! Honestly I never had to second guess the work…..I’ve been to other body shops that the car was never the same after even a little ding….with fix auto I never even had to think it was going to be subpar when I got it back! highly recommend this place!

Josh and the rest of the team who helped me are very helpful and very considerate of my work schedule. Accommodated my Kate arrival and picked up/dropped off my vehicle from work to troubleshoot the dashboard message showing up. They made sure that there is nothing wrong with my car after they fixed the bumper. They are amazing!
