The ladies at the front desk (I believe their names are Roxanne and Victoria) are very rude. I called in and was promised a call back by Roxanne later that day when the general manager was available and nothing. I called back the next day and was promised a call back by Victoria when Roxanne got back from lunch and nothing. I called back the next day and was interrupted by being put on hold by Victoria in the middle of my explanation of what was wrong with my car. When I finally brought my car in, I asked if I needed to sign any paperwork and Roxanne told me that she couldn?t help me until she was finished with a gentleman?s paperwork and he came in after me. I waited while she put her lip stick on and refreshed the hand sanitizer. I have brought my repairs to you guys a couple times and I will not be returning because of them. They should know that they are the face of your company and them acting this way is causing you to lose business.
