I went there today to pick up my truck at the time you sent me, which was 3:42 PM and the shop was closed. I now have to wait until Monday to get my truck back. Why did no one call me to get my vehicle if it was done early? Why did you tell me a pick up time on a day you closed the shop early and before that time?
