The email updates we received indicated the car would be finished on 10/22/15. However, the car was ready on 10/16/15. It's great that the car was ready before the originally quoted time but even the morning of 10/16/15 we received emails indicating the car would be ready at 4:00pm on 10/22/15. It would have been much better if the completion date was updated in our regular email updates. Because of this late notice of the completion date, we were not able to pick up our car before the weekend. This also caused extra car rental cost for our insurance company. Excellent quality repairs, body work, and paint.

Everything was great. The only thing I wish was different was I was updated on 10/12 that my car would be done the next day. However on 10/13 I was texted that my car would be finished on 10/14 at 4:50pm, which is fine. However I was called on 10/12 at 5:20pmststing my car was done, by that time there was no way I'd be able to pick up my vehicle before your facility closed, when I mentioned that to the lady who called, she told me to disregard the text that said my car would be done on 10/14, which I don't know how I was supposed to know that. That would be my only complaint. Thanks.
