Left the battery cover that should be under the hood on the floor behind the drivers seat. I put it back on when I found it under the drivers side seat today

I was disappointed on how long it took. I began the process 2 weeks prior to the end of the year so I was discouraged to bring my car in until after the first of January. I had to store the car in a secure garage during that time and then brought it in on the beginning of January. It then took almost 4 weeks to complete the work on the vehicle with only 8000 in damage.

Wrong tire was installed. I have been informed the right tire has been ordered and will be in next week. This means another trip back to the shop for me which is a hassle that seems like could have easily been avoided. I would be happy to discuss if you would like.
