Great job from Glori(?I’m not good with names) who is so helpful and made the experience enjoyable, to Joshua, the estimator who explained everything in great detail kept me updated throughout the repair and when he noticed a subcontracted repair on my truck wasn’t to his liking he returned it to the subcontractor and had it corrected.And the repair worked with the rest Fix auto’s team did a great job on my truck. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done, right!!

I appreciated the smooth, helpful customer care, the frequent communication with updates, and the thoughtful details, like replacing a personal trailer hitch cover that had been damaged in the accident. They also argued on my behalf for not using after-market backup sensors for safety reasons. It was all around a great experience and made dealing with something so stressful much easier.
