Very friendly staff. Great communication keeping us informed of the job, from initial appointment for an estimate, insurance company communication, work progress, and even final communication with the insurance company to verify that our deductible was waived. Completely detailed invoice with all parts and labor documented. Best part: Beautiful work and car returned clean inside and out, as well as proper advice on care of the paint during the curing process. Magnificent autobody repair experience. Glory is an absolute charm - you've got a real asset in your telephone and in-person presentation to new customers - you'd be wise to do whatever it takes to keep her around - customer service like that is a rarity these days.
