Here is a concise, professional review that reflects your experience, uses clear emotion, and stays grounded in facts. ⸻ I received notice at 4 p.m. that my car was ready. The shop closed at 5 p.m., and I was not able to get there because of work, traffic, and the distance. They then told me to pick it up the next day, which was Thanksgiving. I could not do that. After that, the shop stayed closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Friday was not a holiday, so I do not understand why they were closed, especially after pressuring me to come in on Thanksgiving. When I finally picked up the car, the experience got worse. The car was dirty. The repair work showed poor quality. Panels were misaligned. Parts of the car that were never damaged now have scratches. It does not look like professional work. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with both the service and the workmanship.

The service representative assigned to my repair was a different experience. I felt pressured to pick up my car on a national holiday. When I arrived to get the vehicle, he made comments about the car being dirty and about the timing of my pickup. This was unprofessional and not appreciated.
