This is my second time using the shop because i was so pleased with the customer service from the first time.

This is the second time I used Fix Auto. My first experience was great. They took care of getting me a lyft ride back home so it didnt require both my wife and i to go. When the repair is done, they take care of getting the rental car back...one less thing to worry about. This last time was the same...all things taken care of and they even cleaned my leather seats which were in bad shape. Not sure that is always going to be the case but what a nice touch. Beyond the services, they customer service personell are super friendly. I'm in Fontana but I drive a little further so I know Ill be taken care of!
