Fix Auto called and said my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I got to their shop my car was not completely done. The back bumper plastic protective film was not correctly done. It has bubbles in several places and a clearly visible fingerprint mark on it. Plus they had put a chrome emblem on the hatchback that should have been black. The representative that showed me my car said that he could reorder the protective film and that they were waiting on the black emblem. In which I would have to come back and wait for them to do. I was very upset that they wasted my time and gas money to come and pick up my car that was not ready to be picked up. I was shocked that they would think that I would even accept my car they way the protective bumper film was put on!
