Chuck, my service rep was super informative. He went over what was going to be replaced, what was approved by he insurance, noted my parts would be OEM. My car was finish ahead of schedule and the work was done well! You can’t even tell the car was in an accident.

Work was done quickly. Insurance company held things up longer but that was not the fault of Fix It Auto. The only complaint i have is my trunk has lost all hydraulics. It will not stay open and slams down so hard its a safety hazard to try and open it. I think it was left open during repairs and now its broken.
