The staff at Fix Auto, especially Stephanie Dolan, responded to my insurance claim/auto repairs quickly and efficiently. They handled my rental car reservation, accommodated unexpected scheduling changes and did an excellent job repairing my car. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised to learn their repairs are backed by a lifetime guarantee and when I picked up my car it was the CLEANEST it’s been since I bought it! “Extras” like these set this shop apart from others I’ve used in the past … the difference truly is in the details. I’m not always convinced ratings are genuine/honest, but I assure you my experience with Fix Auto was exceptional.
