My car was delayed numerous times after already having a month to make repairs which led to more cost out of my pocket for a rental. Additionally, the passenger armrest where airbags were deployed were patched up but left very visible, ugly marks.

Initially, there was consistent updates about the shop delays but after the 4th delay it was left to me to reach out towards the shops closing time about my vehicle's status only to be let known there would be further delays and ultimately there was less transparency towards the end of my experience.
