I have worked with fix auto once before in the past (different city) and it was a plesant experince. I had the unfortunate luck of being rear-ended, so I had to find a repair shop, and it just so happened a fix auto opened local to me. I went in for an estimate to get the insurance process started. From the start Kuo (sorry if i spelt your name wrong!) was very very professional, friendly, and helpful. He kept in touch through the entire process, was thorough with his work to ensure everything that was damaged from the accident, was caught and fixed during the repair process. He went out of his was to make the whole process very smooth for me, which i appreciated immensely. Definitely a spot i would recommend, just based off the customer service alone. The mechanics also did an awesome job on the repair, quite frankly it looks better than it did prior to the accident. Thank you for the great experience while working through vehicle problems.
