The owner and one of the employees talk to me like if I know anything above vehicles belittled me. Parts that were supposed to be new. We're just refurbished, so they lied for the amount that they charged my insurance. I could have had the whole entire car painted. Correctly paint job was not good. The job was not done good moldings. On my door we're sand it scratched passenger side window. It was scratch, very bad, my driver's seat, the leather. Was scratched, so I was not satisfied whatsoever. I will not recommend there's body shock to anybody

Like I alluded to, the off brand number was not staying in, so I sent pictures of the gaps and they got approval from AAA to get a Nissan bumper.

They were very responsive and kept me in the loop of my cars progress. When I had an issue with the bumper after pick up, I sent them pictures and they immediately followed up with the AAA consultant to get it resolved.

anti theft lock nut was not installed by repair staff, I drove nearly 100 miles without it. Looks like a few bolts are missing on the wheel well, that bolt the cover to the rear bumper
