I normally try to support smaller collision repair shops, which is why I chose this one through my insurance instead of going with a larger, well-known provider. Unfortunately, my experience left me very disappointed. My vehicle only had front-end damage affecting the front bumper, wheel liner and clips, driver-side headlight, and an alignment/calibration issue. Despite this, the shop had my vehicle for almost a month, and communication during that time was extremely limited. Whenever I called to get an update or a realistic completion date, I was told that someone would call me back, but I rarely, if ever, received a return call. When a customer is paying out-of-pocket for a rental car every single day, clear and accurate communication is extremely important, and I did not feel that this was provided. Additionally, I later discovered that used parts were installed on my vehicle without being clearly communicated or explained to me in advance. If this was due to insurance constraints or parts availability, I believe it should have been discussed so I could make an informed decision, especially considering the potential impact on fitment, performance, and long-term reliability. When I was finally told that my vehicle was ready, I was informed that the alignment and calibration were still not correct and the car had to be sent to a sister shop, which added even more time. Once I picked the vehicle up, I noticed new issues that were not present before the repairs. When turning the wheel to the right, there is a strange noise, and at higher speeds it feels like the front driver-side wheel may be wobbling. These concerns make me very uneasy about driving the car, especially since I rely on it for work. I am also very apprehensive about bringing the vehicle back because I do not have the additional funds to pay for another rental car while it sits in the shop again. Based on the communication issues and extended timeline the first time, I am not confident about how long another repair attempt might take. To be fair, the body work itself looks good, and I have no complaints about the cosmetic repairs. However, the overall experience—delays, lack of communication, used parts being installed without advance notification, and now possible mechanical concerns—makes it difficult for me to recommend this shop. I had other repair options through my insurance, and I chose this one to support a smaller business, but I’m not sure I would make the same choice again. I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously and improves communication, transparency regarding parts, and quality control for future customers. I am willing to update this review if the shop reaches out and is able to resolve these concerns.

Fix Auto was awesome when it came to our cars repairs. Monica was very friendly and kept in communication about the status and timeframe. They guys working on the car were also friendly and when we noticed the ac not working they didn’t blow us off nor did we have to leave the car. They looked into it right away and was able to fix the issue. We left very happy. Thank you Fix Auto!

Was in a little car accident and needed some repairs done to my back bumper and my car was wonderfully done, looked great! Didn’t take long and service was satisfying. I was helped by Monica and Nicholas, very nice and helpful with all my concerns and questions. I would highly recommend.

The customer service was excellent. Each Associate was courteous and treated me with dignity and respect. I was given continuous updates on my vehicle repair. Fix it repair took care of all rental car 🚗 arrangements to include me being picked up, dropped off, and upon repair and pick up of my vehicle they arranged for my rental to be picked to save me the inconvenience. Bringing in the car was good and it came out looking like new again! However, when receiving the car and looking at the interior, we noticed some things used, missing and moved out of place. We brought it in with a full tank of gas and received it with close to empty, the tissues we used for our son were mangled and practically gone, car trash bags we had were almost gone and there was some trash left in the car, but not a lot. Again, the fix turned out great! But whoever was in the car left us with no gas and went through everything inside of the car.
