They did a good job repairing my car. However I feel as if they were careless with my vehicle. For starters I dropped my car off and there were no damages besides the bumper and the sensor once they took the bumper off. Once I picked my car up, my front left tire kept going flat and my tires were in good standing when I dropped my car off. Turns out it was a nail so they did not park my car in a secure and safe place for there to be a nail in my tire. And I also had a big crack on my windshield when there wasn’t even that on my car when I dropped it off. It was a little mark where it got hit from a small pebble and once I picked up my car the crack was halfway across my windshield. Great service but I feel like they treat your car careless and don’t care what happens as long as they fix what they are supposed to. But I feel that if i’m leaving my car with you for repairs I expect the repairs and I also expect for everything else to be okay with my car and it wasn’t.

Quality was great. The only thing that was an issue was the time to complete. This however was not Fix Autos fault. This was due to parts from Kia being back ordered.
